Oval Space are looking for a Community Manager to deal with every aspects of its co-working space, Oval Office


This will suit a an individual with a wide repertoire of skills, from marketing to billing to IT troubleshooting skills. Day to day you will be responsible for every aspect of how the building operates, who the occupants are and ensuring their ongoing happiness and delight. You’ll be willing to get your hands dirty if the situation arises, whether that be in doing some basic IT troubleshooting or with a plunger. You’ll also be adept at knowing when to escalate issues further up the chain. You’ll enjoy the process of getting people together to build community.


The successful candidate will be driven and industrious. They will be have a demonstrable eye for detail and will be passionate about providing an exemplary service.


Previously experience running a co-working space is desirable but other relevant experience will be considered, the role would suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.




Requirements


Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently

Experience dealing with Risk Assessments

Exceptional organisational, leadership and communication skills

Strong operational knowledge and experience

Flexible working hours
